KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Making sure organization is in survey readiness
  • Leader of all appropriate education
  • Advocate for patient experience throughout entire hospital
  • Management of HCAHPS (Patient Satisfaction survey)
  • Knowledge of quality improvement tools
  • Role Modeling to leadership and staff

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA or BS and or Master’s prepared preferred
  • 5 years hospital experience
  • LEAN certification
  • Extensive Quality Improvements methods and ideas
