Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders in defining project scope and objectives.
  • Oversee project timelines and deliverables, and stakeholder communication, including reviews and approvals of content.
  • Meet regularly with internal Communication and Creative partners to align on project status, tactical execution and issue resolution. Ensure that team members receive consistent and timely communication regarding project status, issues and risks.
  • Coordinate with freelance copywriter and creative agency for the creation of report content and supporting multimedia assets.
  • Track key project milestones and recommend adjustments to project team members, business partners and stakeholders.
  • Review initial drafts of content creation – including copy and digital report proofs – and provide critical feedback to vendors, as necessary.
  • Coordinate the development of marketing collateral related to assigned projects.

Qualifications 

  • Associates degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications, or equivalent work or education-related experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience leading projects or serving in a project management related role, or equivalent required.
  • Experience with project managing the creation of an Annual Report preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills; ability to triage and prioritize many competing needs required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including editing of creative content, in the English language required.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, and to gather and analyze information skillfully.
  • Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office) required.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
