The AVP Operations Support and Treasury Management is responsible for leading and directing all back office bank operations and Treasury Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees day to day operations of the Operations Support Department and Treasury Management, provides guidance and manages daily operational workflow to achieve customer satisfaction as well as business objectives
- Ensure compliance with regulations, bank policies and procedures.
- Addresses and resolves complex customer service issues and employee disputes; performs and reviews tasks requiring manager level interaction, including wire transfers, exception processing, ACH, online banking and debit card support.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations, back-office operation functions, treasury management and NACHA, bank products, policies, and procedures.
- 5 years management or supervisory experience in back office operations and/or treasury management required
- 10 years banking industry experience required.
