Responsibilities
- Assist in and review the development and implementation of compliance-related lending practices
- Perform validations and analysis of HMDA data to ensure compliance with disclosure requirements on cancelled, withdrawn, denied and funded mortgage or home equity applications
- Review loan notes and documentation to verify documentation supports the HMDA action taken
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience with compliance issues within a financial institution or audit experience required
- Experience in compliance research and analysis preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or equivalent work or education-related experience
