One of Wyoming’s award-winning hospitals needs TWO Lead Imaging Techs who want to make a difference in their community while assisting with the daily operations of the Imaging Department and the coordination with other hospital departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assists with department orientation/training of staff and gives input into annual evaluations.
- Assists director with process improvement indicators and data collection, ensuring compliance with all regulatory agencies.
- Performs real-time patient complaint management; along with communication and/or escalation to the Director.
- Acts as the point person for PACS, verifying that there are no outstanding reports and troubleshooting issues within the PACS workflow.
Qualifications
- Must maintain current Radiological Technologist license in the state of Wyoming or be able to get license once offered position
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Registry (ARRT)
- Current BLS certification through American Heart Association
- Demonstrated ability to perform a broad range of diagnostic radiologic procedures required.
