Key Responsibilities:
- Achieves Business Development Results by Meeting or exceeding Commercial Loan growth goals by routinely converting self–sourced & qualified prospects into closed deals through consistently ethical business practices by engaging potential clients through effecting calling on local small businesses and relationship building, always professionally representing.
- Develops Outside Referral Network by Seeking out and establishing fruitful relationships with relevant outside agents to increase referral business, leveraging those relationships to increase application volume and rewarding the referral agent with quick and timely communication
- Relationship Management & Servicing As needed, making follow up site visits to ensure clients’ business operations are being maintained. Continue acting as the relationship point person addressing and communicating any potential need for post–close financials, information and/or other documentation requirements as they present themselves.
Qualifications:
- Three years to five years of similar or related experience
- Must be able to establish a significant level of trust and diplomacy as this position often involves matters of a personal or sensitive nature.
- Candidates must be capable of developing new business and referral relationships through cold calling, email correspondence and/or warm leads generated by internal marketing campaigns
