We have an incredible opportunity with one of our premiere clients looking for a SBA Loan Servicing Specialist and Closer to join their leading team. This role with be a hybrid and float between the two departments and will have an opportunity to gain a great deal of experience on both sides!
Key Responsibilities
- The Loan Servicing Specialist and Closer will be responsible to perform a variety of processing and review functions, ensuring each loan is compliant with the SBA Authorization for the life of the loan and complies with the bank’s internal loan requirements and preforming traditional Closing duties.
- Collateral monitoring, submission of servicing packages to the SBA, processing of loan modifications and workouts..
- Complete and submit repurchase packages, CPC reports and wrap-up reports to the SBA;
- Contact Borrowers regarding delinquent collateral tracking items such as past due tax returns, financial statements, etc.;
Qualifications
- SBA loan servicing and Closing experience is preferred however experience in commercial loan servicing and Closing would be acceptable.
- Have a firm understanding of the commercial loan process, commercial loan documents and basic loan covenants.
