We are actively recruiting for a Software Development Supervisor who will be responsible for Supervising the development, testing and implementation of new and existing software programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manages the workflow within the Software Development Team so that organizational priorities are addresses in the proper order, while analyzing, reviewing, and tailoring existing systems to increase operating efficiency or to adapt to information needs. Maintains systems’ integrity and performance.
- Monitors and maintains Service Desk administration to ensure timely resolutions and communication to service desk requests
- Assists in the development of Information Technology Training for all employees in order to decrease the need for technical support.
- Ensures that personnel are well trained, effective, and optimally used. Identifies training needs and develops and implements appropriate training programs. Conducts training sessions and cross-trains
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum four (4) years of supervisory experience required
- Three (3) years of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in application analysis and data manipulation to include a combination of the following:
- Four (4) years of software design, debugging, documentation, testing and implementation.
- Four (4) years of full-stack developer experience.
- Four (4) years of programming languages, such as Java, JavaScript, CSS or ASP.net.
