A mining client of ours in Arizona has a new direct hire opening in their IT Department. We are looking for a Sr IT Analyst with the knowledge and experience to assist in administration of the IT department and dynamically support where needed.
Duties Include:
- Provide solid customer service and communication at company sites for supporting technologies of the IT department.
- Support administrators and engineers where needed in IT infrastructure and workstations through ticketing system, email, phone, or in person.
- Assist with IT Help Desk & workstation set up and troubleshooting.
- Assist in troubleshooting Windows hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Regularly create professional reports, instructional documentation, document projects, and provide technical writing for technology standards/procedures.
- Coordinate temporary IT services and handle vendor management for the department.
- Local travel and site visits
