Key Responsibilities
- Develop budget, goals and annual business plan for HR department
- Set the overall HR, talent development and HRIS technology strategy.
- Use appropriate analytic tools to provide leaders with input on strategic decisions.
- Coach executives and other leaders on people-management issues.
Qualifications
- 10+ years' leadership experience
- Master's Degree highly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, business or related field required
- 10+ years' experience in Human Resources or Organizational Development
- SPHR, SHRM-SCP designation required
